Have you ever wondered why we get so fed-up over a simple thing as a computer malfunction?

This blog begins with a simply deceiving question.

Unknowingly, technology has grown to be so interlink with our daily lives that we become dependent on it. The human species rely heavily on technology in progress as well as daily applications. Our reliance on our computers itself gives evidence that technology has imposed many inherent effects on society. When we travel and the train stops, our lives are greatly affected. Our schedules gets delayed. When there is a black out or our computer goes “blue screen”, our work gets compromised. Evidently, technology does play a major role in how it affects our lives, from the individual to the generic human population.

For example, at face value Facebook has allowed us to have more friends, but if we dig into the knitty gritty detail we realise it too furthers ourselves physically from our friends. More so, how many can we call “friends” when we do not really know them or are even acquainted to them? Is technology necessarily beneficial in all aspects?

Technology is all around us – everywhere we look. The effects are also there just that we don’t really feel it (or rather “think” we don’t feel it).

In this blog, I hope to be able to note down my opinions as well reflect on how technology has changed the way we think and behave!
